ID Scanner Order Confirmation


Thank you very much for your ID scanner subscription, rental or purchase! 

It might take a minute or two for your subscription to kick in on your device.  If you are using an Android device you will need to restart our app.**  

Your subscription email address must match the one you use to register your device.  If you used a different email to register already, delete the app, re-download it and register with the one you used for payment.    

If you ordered a scanner you will get an email from our sales department when your product ships.  Here is a link to our camera and hardware ID scanner user guide.
