ID Scanner App Update - Report An ID

Having trouble scanning an ID?  Did a new format come out?  

Help us improve our product by reporting an ID to us.  We recently updated our standard ID scanning app and data collection ID scanning iOS app.    

After you scan an ID click on Report Problem With This ID and follow the prompts.  The scan will go directly server and help us make a better product.  Thanks!
