ID Scanner App Update - 18.6

We updated both our standard and data collection iOS ID scanner app this week. Some of the changes and improvements are:

1. An update for iOS 10
2. Fix for Pennsylvania drivers licenses
3. Fix where some letters in drivers licenses numbers were coming up as numbers
4. An update to correct the email field in our data collection app
