How Do New Jersey's Liquor License Laws Work?


Thinking of opening a bar or restaurant in New Jersey?  

New Jersey is more restrictive than neighboring states New York and Pennsylvania with regard to issuing liquor licenses.  The state only allows one liquor license for every 3,000 residents for a bar or restaurant liquor license.
