Drivers License Scanner App Update - 18.4.2

We recently updated both our iOS standard ID scanning app and our iOS data collection ID scanning app.  

What we did was:

• Fixed an issue with military IDs
• Added some new fake ID formats
• Fixed an issue with Tennessee drivers licenses
