Pennsylvania’s New Liquor Laws

A number of owner-centric laws were signed into law yesterday by Pennsylvania's governor.  They give less power to the state and more to sellers.

The big changes under House Bill 1690 are:

    1. The ability for grocery stores to sell wine
    2. The ability for restaurant liquor license holders to  sell up to four bottles of wine per customer
    3. The ability for wineries to send wine directly to PA customers
    4. The ability for gas stations to sell beer if they have a separate entrance and cash register

Will these news laws help your business?
